Leon is the third plumber I've used in Walthamstow but only the first one I've been pleased with.
I needed the fill valve replacing on my toilet with an integrated cistern. I wasn't sure how to fully access the cistern (the obvious panel was too small for doing this sort of repair from) but Leon showed me how I could do it in the future as well as quickly fixing the current problem. The toilet has been working perfectly again for about a week now 👍
Previously I'd only used the council's recommended list but had one bad and one average experience from the two people I'd used there on different jobs. I chose Leon just based on his good Google reviews which I felt a bit nervous about but he was great. Very responsive, polite and explained what he needed to do and the expected cost. I'm very grateful to have met Leon, he is an incredibly hard worker who is fantastic at what he does. I asked him to remove my old bathroom and fit a whole new bathroom, with tweaks to the plumbing and electrics. His communication was excellent and he was great at providing advice and solutions. He also fit a new electric water heater for me, having removed an old immersion tank. He's very skilled, friendly and I couldn't be happier with the final product. We were incredibly lucky to find Leon and his team for the complete refit and installation of our bathroom and WC. We could not recommend the quality of his workmanship and his professionalism highly enough. He turned a run down, broken bathroom into a luxurious and high quality space.

Everything has been installed to a very high standard and he took real pride in ensuring that the finished product was perfect. He was on time, professional, friendly and took time to listen to how we wanted our bathroom and WC to look when finished. He gave us a time schedule for the works to be completed which he stuck to to the day and the job was completed on time. He allowed a day for snagging, the work was so excellent we haven’t found any snags!

Leon is very personable, kept our house tidy and respected our space throughout the time he was working with us. We felt very comfortable with him and all the team. The tilers and electricians who work with him were also absolute professionals and we felt secure knowing that Leon would only pick the best and most skilled tradespeople to work with.

His quote was very reasonable and he stuck to the price given with no hidden costs or unexpected surprises as happens with lots of other tradesmen. For future work we are planning, we wouldn’t consider asking anyone else to work with us.
